The City of Hillsboro’s Economic Development Department is responsible for the City’s major industrial business retention and attraction programs.  The Director also serves as the administrator for the City’s 4A Economic Development Corporation.  The office is located at Hillsboro Historic City Hall, 214 E. Elm Street.
